Strict Cancellation Policy

Susie’s appointments are extremely valuable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid paying the cancellation fee or having your Consultation forfeited if you’re in The Glow Protocol® or Metabolic Balance. This will enable Susie to provide the appointment to other clients in need.

Susie’s cancellation fee for under 24 hours notice and non attendance is 100% of your consultation fee.

Cancellation fees are payable at the time of cancellation.

Forms of Payment

Payment for individual Naturopathic and Clinical Nutrition Consultations are prior to your consultation. I accept payment via direct bank deposit or credit card for payments due. 

Payment for goods and services purchased online from Susie Garden Wellness PTY LTD is by way of an internet secure payment system sourced from a third party. Please refer to Stripe’s terms and conditions for particulars regarding the transaction.

Missed Payment: In the event that your payment is not received during enrolment in a Program, Package or Immersion, it will not begin until the investment has been received.
