Some of you may recall a couple of months ago I answered a question from Becky in Texas about melatonin safety long term. Well, a new study has come out that adds to the body of evidence for this and I wanted to keep you updated about this as I know many of you use this for sleep support.

Turns out, there may be negative effects on your gut if you have inflammatory bowel disease so it’s important to be across this new data.
