For a weight loss coach, I don’t actually spend a lot of time on this podcast talking about weight loss. Given it’s January and New Year’s resolutions are here I thought it might be of use to chat about it.  If you’re feeling like the scale is stuck, no matter how much you count your calories or hit the gym, first know – it is not because you aren’t motivated enough or are lacking in willpower.
