Why You’re So Tired All The Time
One of the most common reasons clients reach out to me is for fatigue. Often, they’ve been putting up with this for a while, thinking it’s ‘normal’ to be so tired at the end of the day that you’re hitting the couch as soon as you get home. Or that it’s ‘normal’ to have an afternoon slump and need to have coffee and sugar to get through the afternoon.
